This Privacy Policy describes how Flowtick ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the operation of the Flowtick iOS app ("App").

1. Data Collection and Use

We value your privacy and only collect the data necessary to provide you with the best possible experience with Flowtick and to improve our App.

• iCloud Synchronization: If you enable iCloud synchronization in Flowtick, your app data (such as your tasks, projects, or other content you create) will be stored in your private iCloud account. This allows you to synchronize your data across multiple devices logged in with the same Apple ID. We do not have direct access to the data stored in your iCloud account. Data storage and processing by iCloud is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
• Anonymous Analytics Data with TelemetryDeck: To improve Flowtick and better understand how our users interact with the App, we use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous usage data. TelemetryDeck does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII), and all data is aggregated and anonymized. This data helps us identify usage patterns, pinpoint errors, and optimize usability. The data collected by TelemetryDeck may include, for example, the frequency of use of certain features or crash reports. You can review TelemetryDeck's privacy policy for more information.
• In-App Purchases with RevenueCat: For processing in-app purchases and managing subscriptions, we use the RevenueCat service. When you make an in-app purchase, RevenueCat processes the necessary information to complete the transaction and validate your subscription. RevenueCat receives anonymized transaction data and device identifiers to verify purchases and provide us with aggregated revenue analytics. We do not have access to your payment information, such as credit card numbers, as these are processed directly by Apple via the App Store. 2. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is only shared as described in this Privacy Policy:

• Apple: For iCloud synchronization and processing of in-app purchases via the App Store.
• TelemetryDeck: For the collection of anonymous analytics data.
• RevenueCat: For managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.

These third-party providers are obligated to protect your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

3. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, theft, and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Your Rights

As we primarily process anonymous data or data stored in your iCloud account (to which we do not have direct access), your rights regarding your data are primarily to be exercised through your device and Apple account settings. You can disable iCloud synchronization in the Flowtick app settings or in your device's iCloud settings.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and/or on our website. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
